At the end i order the beef burger at M mini mart, well i am not kind of hungry but see the picture on menu suddenly make me feel like to eat. I already eat pempek (fish cake) at food court just before, but this menu very tempting.

To help and educate, this a wise word that every consultant need to put on their motto. Since people hire consultant because they need to be consulted, they need to be told what to do, and what is important things that they need to be consider.
If owner think that the consultant only want their money but then do not really helping them, sooner or later the consultant will get fired.
Here come a time where celebrity (movie actors, singers, entertainer, etc) jump up to politics. They nominated themselves as vice governor, vice chief of regency, etc. There are already works as member of parliament.
What this all about? Popularity can get more voters. A common people is easily to spot someone popular that they’ve seen them on tv, heard in a radio and famous by the cheap-nasty rumours kind of things.
In term of capability, are these celebrities competent? That will be challenging, only time will prove it. Most of the celebrity that nominated looks smart, or at least they dress to look smart. Looking smart is one things but understanding a people need is different things. All politicians should (in a ideal world) listen and understand what people need, and then help them by resolving their problems. Poverty, lack of educations, unemployment, criminal and a lot of others things.
The questions: how do they know about all those problems if all they do only entertain the audience. Their work is to please people by watching their acts, and now they have to please a lot more people by doing a real works to solve a bigger basic problems. Can they do it ??
Learning is a never ending process. We need to learn anytime and about anything. People that tend to satisfy on what they already learn will be got a big loss. Learning things will make you know a new or if not will refresh the knowledge that you already knew.
Upgrade yourself by learn a new knowledge. Curiosity can kill the cat _even they’ve said that cat have 9 lives_ but this idiom doesn’t apply to people that hunger for knowledge. You can learn form anyone, even an adult can learn from kids about sincere, trustworthy, telling the truth without fear, etc. Learning doesn’t limited only of sit down and read a book. Learning can be doing with fun, like friendship and being fair is teach when you play a sport with your friends.
Learning is simply to grasp a meaning for what you’ve done. When you know what to do and you know what your action will affect others, that it call consciousness. If your consciousness take to another level, which meant that you can take a lesson from what you did, it become learning process.
Remember, every actions that you’ve take can’t undo. If you make mistake you can’t undo your mistake, but you can fix it. A lesson for doing mistake and what to do to fix the mistake make you aware for not making another mistake on the future. This learning cycle will make you a better you.
I am a type of person who live only for today. I meant that all things that happen now is the only that matters. Usually my schedule only hourly based, not even weekly. I only care what happen on next hour, and i think this is why i usually forget the things that i should do on tomorrow even i already wrote it in my schedule.
Life is very very short, if you dont manage it properly all you do only chasing time. Carpe diem, live life to the fullest, but dont forget to record it so it will nice to read back and see what you already did.
How do we know that someone competent or not competent at certain job? Do we have to wait until the job failed to know that a person who handle it can’t perform, or we have to infere and take over before the he/she ruin it all.
Where is the line? is it any clear cut or fine line that shows when someone competent enough or not? On the big organization maybe they already have a tools to inform, but for a small organization / small company there is hard to know.
The high turn over of staff also not good for company, every new staff need to learn about the working experience, also the company itself need to do an appraisal whether he/she can fit with the company vacant position. The high turn over will make both party lose the time, money and efforts.
The easiest way to know competency is to give a lot work on certain time, but during that time a very close supervision need to be conducted in order to know whether a new staff can coup with the works or not.
On the following year, indonesia will have a presidency election. The incumbent and all the political person already start to reach voters. Last week i read a newspaper put a headlines news saying that the vice president give money to the farmer while inspecting them. The irony is the farmer complaint about the raise of fertilizer price.
What the f*@$ he was doing. There is no good example of solving problem. Give a money will sure cheer up person who received it, but surely do not solve their problem. I think he tried to get a sympathy and at the end of the day to get more voters.
I am disagree for what he was doing, instead of giving them money physically it is way better to asked them and discuss about how to solved or at least minimize their problem. Then follow up to the authorize party to make them works and applied.
Surely the problem can not solved in a day, but at least a step to work on it already start. It only need another effort to make it done. Please mr. vice president be wise, just work and people will see what you’ve done, don’t waste your money. Give us a real effort and prove that you’ve working hard to get this country better, and then I will gladly vote for you for the next election. If you want my sympathy just do that, i do not need your money
Health, i think is number one. Among other things such as wealth, career, family, wealth, popularity, etc. Without health you can’t have the ability to enjoy all those things. Health is a prime treasure. You have to keep it while you still have it.
If you have a tootache, even the most delicious food you can’t taste good. If you ill all those money become less valuable, all you need only how to gain your health again. All money will be spend to got better.
So, be thankful even you don’t have anything, at least you are health. This is the most ultimate gift that no one in earth can trade off.
The good design lay in a details. There are a idiom “God in the detail” i think that too much, but in term of how important detail, i can accept that statement. A good designer concern about details, but a great designer will explore detail to another level of design.
What is detail, to my interpretation detail is all connection among different materials. The materials itself have their own characteristic, and to explore each material characteristic need a knowledge about the pros and cons of the certain materials. A wood have different characteristic compare to metal or stone. Wood have a warm character, while stone is colder and metal even colder than stone. Wood and stone are natural material while metal is manufacture material (wood and stone need to be manufacture to make it appropriate for building material, but compare to metal the manufacture of both items are less complicated). A joint between floor to wall using all wood should be different if using wood floor and metal wall, or stone wall. The detail of those joint will affect the beauty of final design.
It is true that architect tend to design a room, and interior tend to fill the room, but if all designer can be think more comprehensive they can work as inside-out as well as outside-in. The bigger space will be look and feel cramp if there are too many furniture put in, or still feel cramp even though there are only a few furniture item but designed as a bulky furniture.
Moody… one day i am full of energy, would like to do and finish anything, other day very unproductive, nothing finish and to lazy to do something. Only sleeping all day.
